Vinyasa Yoga

This yogic practice is more energetic and links the breath to specific “asanas” or poses. Feel graceful and fluid as you stretch and create a stronger body, all while breathing into the fullness of your being.

Yin Yoga

This yogic practice is much slower and focuses on the ligaments of the body rather than the musculature.  The poses are held for longer periods of time which allows greater opportunity to find inner stillness and peace.

Yoga does not stop time, gives time.
